Clean facility and the staff is good but I will only bring him in for shot updates, anything more serious I would bring my dog somewhere else.
I am very disappointed About the experience We waited about five hours for us to get called in for my dog’s check up. The people and staffs were not welcoming to us. The vibe was not good. I can assure them I will not be coming back to this location again
The veterinarian care is wonderful but this review is about the office personnel that was completely unprofessional! It starts at the front desk on what kind of experience you would expect to have and no one wants to deal with someone who is ignorant and insensitive. Just think about this before entering the doors with your loved one.
Been going there for nearly four years for every shot and every allergy and every emergency. My dog gets the same itch spot every May and October. I called, after four years and thousands of dollars and asked for the meds for the allergies without the 150.00 vet visit and they said no, I would have to bring her in to see a vet. She had just been there for her shots a few months ago. Greed, pure and simple. Will find a new vet ASAP.
