They try to OVERCHARGE YOU! Huge attitude from the black young lady with long curly hair. She acts like she doesn't even wants to work there, and that's at 11am, 7/12. Unreal. Plus she tried to overcharge me for 2 letters. I know what they cost WAS because I send them out every week but I ran out of stamps.
I have been going here since it was relocated and expanded to this location. The staff is nice, knowledgeable and friendly. They are personable and make the experience of waiting fun.
They used to play GREAT MUSIC! Then the Management made them turn of elevator crap in the last year.

Really convenient. They have 24 hour access, you just have to swipe a credit card into the slot (it doesn't charge you, I believe its for identification before entering the building). I moved by PO box here last month, so I could check my mail at any time. They also have a 24 hour self service station to buy stamps and ship packages as well. However, sometimes the package slot is filled, and you can't place it in the mailbox.
I have never been to a post office and had a line move this fast! Jamie is so fast and knowledgeable and always goes above and beyond for me every time I come in. Russell is also very fast and knowledgeable and I see why they have kept him there for so many years. If I don’t see those two I just walk out. The management is extremely unprofessional and is literally like talking to the wall. The guy manager always has a major attitude and can’t be bothered and the lady manager with the blonde hair is so nasty and has no idea what she is doing.
I find the staff pleasant and helpful above and beyond
