I've been meaning to write this review for some time. I rented a storage unit four months ago and have had such a terrific experience. In particular, Allen Friedman, Tom Baptista and Yasir Zaidi have been terrific. I asked them for their business cards so I could write this review. I can't say enough good things about these gentlemen. Helpful at every turn. Thank you !
When looking for a storage facility, do yourself a favor and look here first. Then look at the other nearby facilities and you will run back to Westy!!! Westy is spotlessly clean and their customer service is 10 stars. They encourage you to check out the other storage places because they know you will return once you've seen the others - filth, cobwebs, oil stains on the floor, and pricing plans that are very confusing. I can't rave enough about the service we received. A totally awesome experience.
