I work out there regularly and it's never too crowded he can always get the machine you want to work on. The people are very friendly and they always have time to stop and explain things to you.
I'd be lost without this place. I made a lot of cherished friends here. And look forward to going every chance I get.
Great gym.... updated equipment.... clean... expanded hours.
Its a good gym, well kept. The problem I have is that people do not break down their weights. I spend the beginning of my early AM workouts breaking down from what was left the night before.
Gym manager attempted to extort money from me. She claimed its a new corporate policy to charge additional fees for members. After calling Golds Corporate office and 2 other Golds gym's clubs they said this manger was making up their own policy. Do NOT trust this place with your $$
